"The profile for Your Child Care Program cannot be claimed at this time because Your Local Child Care Resource & Referral Agency does not use My Child Care Plan for its R&R services. This feature will be coming soon.
 
Please note that this portal is currently available for child care programs in the following counties:
 
Alameda, Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Contra Costa, Del Norte, El Dorado, Fresno, Glenn, Humboldt, Kern, Kings, Lake, Marin, Mariposa, Mendocino, Merced, Napa, Nevada, Sacramento, San Benito, San Diego, San Francisco, San Joaquin, San Luis Obispo, San Mateo, Santa Barbara, Santa Cruz, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Solano, Stanislaus, Tehama, Trinity, Tulare, Tuolumne, Ventura, and some parts of Los Angeles and Sonoma."

What does that mean?

MyChildCarePlan.org uses licensing data and provider records from local child care resource and referral database to populate the site. At this time, providers in some counties* that do not currently use the MyChildCarePlan database will need to make all updates through their R&R, and will not be able to claim or directly update their page. We are working on expanding access to this provider portal. Sign up for future updates.

What should you do if you see discrepant information on your child care page?

As of today, if you see the message above, you can do the following to update your information listed on the site.

Contact your local child care resource & referral agency; OR
Email [email protected]; OR
Fill out this Provider Profile update form.
