Open the email and click the password reset link provided. This will take you to a secure My Child Care Plan page where you can create a new password.

Enter your new password in the designated field. Enure it's at least 8 characters long, includes a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.

Write down your new password in a safe place.

After entering and confirming your new password, click the "Continue" button to complete the process.

Return to the My Child Care Plan login page (https://www.mychildcareplan.org/account/) and enter your email address and newly created password. You should now be able to access your account without any issues.
