  1. Search using:

    1. Your license number (recommended) OR

    2. Your program name

  2. If you find your program:

    1. Click "Claim your profile" at the bottom of your profile page

    2. Follow the verification steps

    3. Update your information

Can't Find Your Program?

If your licensed program isn't showing up, this could be because:

Recently Licensed?

  • There may be a delay in information transfer from licensing to your local R&R

  • Your R&R needs to add your program to their referral database

Already Licensed?

  • Your referral status may need updating to "Active, Accept Referrals"

  • Your information may need updating in the R&R database

2. Contact Your Local R&R Agency

  • They can verify your listing status

  • Update your information

  • Activate your referrals
