How Our Listing Process Works

Our website automatically displays licensed child care programs that:

  • Have a current license through the Department of Social Services

  • Are listed in your local Resource & Referral (R&R) agency's database

Important: All providers appear on the website regardless of their referral status. The referral filter helps families understand whether you're currently accepting new referrals through your local R&R agency.

Get Your Program Listed

1. Check If Your Program Is Already Listed

  1. Search for your program:

    • Use your license number (recommended) OR

    • Search by your program name

  2. If you find your program:

    • Click the "i" (information) button next to the Claimed/Unclaimed status

    • Follow the verification steps to claim your profile

    • Update your information as needed

Can't Find Your Program?

If your licensed program isn't showing up, this could be because:

Recently Licensed?

  • There may be a delay in information transfer from licensing to your local R&R

  • Your R&R needs to add your program to their referral database

  • Submit your information via our Provider Profile form, and we'll forward it to your local R&R

Understanding Referral Status

When families search our website, they can filter results based on referral status:

Accepting Referrals: Your program is interested in being connected with families seeking child care through your local R&R agency. Families can contact you directly.

Not Accepting Referrals: Your program is not currently accepting child care referrals through your local R&R agency. You may still be enrolling children directly from families who contact you.

Note: Regardless of your referral status, your program will still appear on our website for families to find and contact directly.

Important Information

  • Providers cannot add their program information directly to the website

  • All program updates must go through your local R&R agency

Next Steps

After your program is listed:

  1. Claim your provider profile to manage your information

  2. Update your profile details to attract families

  3. Add photos and descriptions to showcase your program
