Have your business name or license number ready

Important Information
All licensed child care providers and license exempt centers can be listed on My Child Care Plan and be found by families searching for child care. Providers can contact their local child care resource and referral (R&R) agency to confirm and update their referral information. [View directory of local R&Rs in California]
Steps to Claim Your Profile
Access the Provider Profile Claim Page
On desktop: Click "For Providers" at the top of the page
On mobile: Tap the menu icon (≡), then tap "For Providers"
Find Your Business
Enter your business name OR license number in the search field
Click/tap "Search"
Select Your Business
Click/tap "View Details" next to your business listing
If you don't see your business, contact our support team for assistance
Claim Your Profile
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Look for the "Claim your profile" section
Set Up Your Account
Create your username
Set a secure password
Verify Your Account
Choose your preferred verification method:
Phone
Email
Cell phone
Enter the verification code you receive
Click/tap "Submit"
What's Next?
After successfully claiming your profile:
Click/tap "My Profile" to review your information

Common Questions
Why can't I claim my profile?
Common reasons include:
You are newly licensed and your data is not in the R&R referral database yet
Your referral status in the database is not yet Active, Accepting Referral
The profile has already been claimed
Incorrect business information
