Update your Vacancies
When your program's availability is up to date, parents can easily filter programs with “Vacancies” which will show them a list of providers with vacancies updated within the last 60 days.
Vacancies are often the first thing families are looking for when they want to find care. Please update this field when new updates are available in your program. Check out this article to learn how you can update your provider profile.
Hours of Care (nontraditional)
If your program offers nontraditional hours of care such as before and after school, evening, overnight, and/or 24-hour care, this may help your program stand out from other programs. Parents have different schedules and may be searching for providers who offer additional hours of care is always a benefit.
“About” Message
Adding your own personalized message in the “About” section. allows you to highlight your program, write about your experiences, skills and any additional information you’d like families to know about you. For tips on adding an “About” message on your provider profile, click here.
Photos

Program Highlights (Basic’s)
Language
Update your program to highlight the languages spoken or if you offer a language immersion program, this helps families who are looking for programs based on languages.
Transportation
Providers that offer transportation services via car, bus or walking to children in their program make it more accessible for parents to find their program and the additional services they offer.
Special Needs
If you are a provider with experience working with children who have a special need, please check off the type of experience you have to help parents find providers with experiences and knowledge to care for their child.
